Work together in real time

When a teammate changes something, the page you have open updates on its own. No refresh needed.

While the app is open, Tuhmo stays connected to the server. When someone in the workspace adds or edits a task, project, client, document, calendar item or note, the page you're on pulls in the new data by itself.

Edit a note page together

  • Text other people type on the same page shows up on your screen
  • If two people edit the same page at once, both sets of changes are merged
  • A block a teammate is editing gets a colored bar on its left edge and their profile picture in its top right corner
  • Their name shows for a moment when they move to a new block

Comment

  1. 1

On a note page or in a task's details, select some text and click the comment button in the toolbar, or open the block menu and choose Comments

  2. 2

Type your message, attach a file if you need to, then click Send

  3. 3

When the discussion is done, click Resolve thread

Use Add reaction to reply with an emoji. You can delete your own comments from Comment options. Owners and admins can delete other people's comments too.

Who gets notified

When a new comment is posted, the person who created the task or page, the task's assignee and everyone who has commented in the same thread get a notification in the Inbox. The person who wrote the comment isn't notified.

Live updates follow each person's permissions. People who can't open an item don't see its changes. If your internet drops and comes back, the app reconnects and loads the latest data for you.
