Add Google Drive and Figma files to notes
Install Google Drive or Figma and file links in your notes turn into cards you can open.
Install
- 1
Open Settings › Connections
- 2
Choose Google Drive or Figma and click Install
- 3
Sign in with the account that has your files and allow access
Add a file to a note
- Paste a file link on an empty line in a note to get a file card that opens in Drive or Figma
- Or type / and choose Google Drive or Figma
- Google Drive opens Google's own file picker, and Tuhmo only sees the files you pick. If you paste a link to a file you haven't picked yet, click "Pick file" on the card once and everyone on the team sees the card
- Figma links to a frame show that frame's preview
Uninstall
File cards in your notes will show as not installed, but their links still open as usual, and you can install again later. For Google Drive, access is revoked on Google's side too. For Figma, revoke access in Figma's own Settings.
Google Drive works on every plan, including Free. Figma is on Plus and above.
