Calendar
The calendar brings key dates from across your workspace into one place: tasks, bookings, meeting notes and document due dates.
Click "Calendar" in the switch at the top of the sidebar. The calendar opens on the right, and the sidebar shows "Upcoming" items for today and tomorrow. Click "Workspace" to go back to the menu.
What shows on the calendar
- Bookings: appointments from a scheduler that the client has confirmed
- Unfinished tasks with a due date, shown from the start date to the due date
- Deadlines of projects in progress
- Due dates of unpaid invoices and recurring bills, contract end dates, and expiry dates of proposals and secrets
- Meeting notes and events from connected calendars
You only see the types you have permission to view in the workspace.
Views
Switch between "Month" and "Week". Use the arrows to move back or forward, click "Back to today" to return to the current date, and use the filter to show one type at a time. Click any item to open its page.
Add things to the calendar
Set a date on the item's own page, for example a due date on a task, and it appears on the calendar automatically. Meeting notes are created with "New meeting notes" at the top of the sidebar.
Connect the calendar you already use
Open Settings › Connections and connect Google Calendar, Outlook or iCloud Calendar. Events from the calendars you choose show up alongside your tasks.
Click "Export to your calendar" at the top of the calendar to copy a link you can add to the calendar you use. The link is yours alone.
