Receive payments
Set up payment methods, let clients scan or pay online, and record payments on invoices.
Set up payment methods
Go to Settings › Connections › Payment method. Starred methods appear on every new document.
- PromptPay: attach a QR code for clients to scan, using a phone number or national ID. QR codes only work on THB invoices.
- Bank account: show your account number for direct transfer.
- Crypto wallet: show your wallet address, and check incoming payments on the network.
- Stripe: clients pay by credit or debit card, or PromptPay, on Stripe's page.
- NOWPayments: clients pay in crypto such as USDT, BTC or ETH.
The first three have no fees, but you record payments yourself. With Stripe and NOWPayments, payments are marked as paid automatically.
Clients paying online
When an invoice uses an online method, the QR code at the bottom becomes a payment link. The client scans it and taps Pay now, and the invoice is marked Paid automatically.
Record a payment yourself
- 1
Open the invoice, or open a row's menu in the Money table.
- 2
Click Record payment.
- 3
The invoice changes to Paid and counts toward the tax summary.
If you recorded it by mistake, use Mark as unpaid. Cancelling and refunding are in the status button at the top of the invoice.
In the Style tab under When paid, choose Stamp “Paid” or Turn into a receipt with payment date, then use Send receipt to send it to your client.
