Terms of Service
Last updated October 13, 2026
These terms govern your use of tuhmo.com, the app at app.tuhmo.com, and all related Tuhmo services (the "Service"). By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of terms
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these terms, and "you" includes that organization.
You must be of legal age, or have consent from a legal guardian, to use the Service.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You must provide accurate information and verify your email when signing up. Accounts not verified within 7 days are deleted automatically.
- You are responsible for keeping your password, verification codes, and account access secure, and must tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
- Workspace owners manage members, permissions, plans, and billing for their workspace. Invited members use the workspace under the permissions set by its owner or admins.
3. Plans and payment
- The Service offers a free plan and paid plans, priced per member and billed monthly or yearly. Prices and features for each plan are listed on the pricing page.
- Payments are processed by Stripe by card or PromptPay. We do not store your full card number.
- Card payments renew automatically each cycle until you cancel. PromptPay payments must be made by you each cycle.
- Adding members or upgrading mid-cycle is charged pro rata for the days left in that cycle. Downgrades and billing-interval changes take effect at the end of the current cycle.
- If a payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period. If it is still unpaid after that, the workspace returns to the free plan. Your data stays intact, but features beyond the free plan become unavailable.
- Each workspace may try a paid plan free for 14 days, once. If you do not pay when the trial ends, it returns to the free plan automatically.
- Prices include tax where required by law. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. New prices apply from your next billing cycle.
- For questions about payments, receipts, tax invoices, or refunds, contact [email protected].
4. Your data and content
- Tasks, notes, documents, invoices, client information, and files you create or upload ("your content") belong to you.
- You allow us to store, process, and display your content only as needed to provide the Service to you and to the people you share it with.
- You confirm that you have the rights to your content, and that storing personal data about your clients or others in the Service complies with the law.
- Deleted items stay in the trash for 30 days so you can restore them, then are deleted permanently.
5. Third-party services
You may choose to connect third-party services such as Google, Microsoft, Apple, LINE, Telegram, WhatsApp, Figma, GitHub, and AI apps connected through MCP. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.
When you create an API key, set up a webhook destination, or create a receiving URL, you are responsible for keeping that key or URL safe and for the systems you use it with. Data sent to destinations you choose is outside our control. If a key or URL leaks, revoke it or create a new one right away.
6. Prohibited use
- Using the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive, or to send unsolicited messages or documents in bulk.
- Accessing other people's accounts, data, or systems without permission, or trying to bypass permission or plan limits.
- Disrupting or overloading the Service, including with unauthorized bots or automated scripts.
- Uploading malware or content that infringes others' copyright, trademarks, or privacy.
- Copying, modifying, or reverse engineering the Service, except where the law allows.
7. Cancellation and suspension
- You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the billing page. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid.
- You can delete your account yourself from settings. Deleting your account permanently deletes every workspace you own and the data in it.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or put other users or the Service at risk, and will notify you where possible.
8. Limitation of liability
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Tuhmo is a work management and document tool, not an accounting, tax, or legal advisor. You are responsible for the accuracy of documents you issue to clients and for your tax filings.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
